Name, email address, and profile information you provide when creating your account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from those services.

Video files, audio recordings, and metadata associated with your uploads including GPS coordinates and device timestamps embedded in your files.

How you interact with the platform — clips watched, reactions given, features used. This data improves your experience and personalizes your feed. It is never sold.

Device type, operating system, and approximate location (with your permission) for the Moments Map feature. Precise location is never stored permanently.

If you connect a wearable device and opt in, we receive aggregate heart rate data during video playback. This data is used solely to contribute to OMG scores. It is never sold, never linked to your identity in any external system, and is deleted after processing.

OnlyClips uses face detection technology for two purposes only: (1) automatically blurring the faces of non-consenting individuals in crowd footage before public distribution, and (2) aligning multi-angle recordings of the same scene in the SuperVision system. We do not identify, catalog, or store information about individual faces. Face detection data is processed in real-time and not retained.

OnlyClips operates a government API that provides authorized agencies with access to multi-angle incident reconstructions. All outputs provided through this API are: (1) derived exclusively from content voluntarily submitted by users who have agreed to our Terms of Service, (2) stripped of individual facial identification, and (3) provided only in response to valid legal process or existing API agreement. We do not proactively monitor content for law enforcement purposes.

California residents have additional rights under CCPA. Illinois residents have additional rights under BIPA regarding biometric data. Contact us at privacy@onlyclips.app to exercise any of these rights.

These violations result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to authorities where required by law.

Content containing nudity, sexual themes, or graphic violence that does not violate the above rules may be permitted with an age gate applied. Creators are responsible for accurately marking their content. Mislabeling mature content is a strike violation.

When filming in public spaces, you are generally permitted to capture and share what is visible. However:

You must have rights to any music, footage, or other copyrighted material in your clips. OnlyClips uses automated content ID systems. Repeated copyright violations will result in account termination. We provide a licensed music library for creators to use freely.

Tap the three dots on any clip → Report. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours. Urgent safety reports are reviewed within 1 hour.

AI analyzes uploaded footage to identify recordings of the same event using audio fingerprinting, visual analysis, and GPS/timestamp correlation. This is a technical process that enables the multi-angle viewing experience. No AI decisions made by this system affect moderation, account status, or revenue in ways that are not disclosed.

AI calculates engagement scores based on platform spread velocity, rewatch rates, comment sentiment, event rarity, and contributing angle count. The score is a ranking signal — it does not gate access to the platform for any user or creator.

AI detects profanity in uploaded audio and replaces it with a bleep tone before publication. Creators can disable this in Settings.

AI generates captions in the viewer's detected language. Captions may contain errors. Creators are not responsible for AI captioning errors on their content.

AI generates suggested narration talking points for each clip. These are suggestions only. Creators are responsible for the accuracy of any claims they make in their narration.

Creators may train an AI model on their own voice. This model is used exclusively to narrate OnlyClips content on the creator's behalf. Voice data is encrypted and never shared with third parties. Creators may delete their voice model at any time from Settings. The Voice Clone feature may not be used to impersonate any other person.

Creators may generate an AI avatar based on their own likeness. This avatar may only be based on the creator's own face and body — not any other person. The AI Avatar feature may not be used to create content depicting real people without their explicit consent.

The Insert Me feature composites a creator's avatar into viral clip footage. All content produced using Insert Me carries a permanent, non-removable "AI Creative" watermark. This label cannot be disabled, removed, or obscured.

All AI-generated or AI-modified content on OnlyClips carries a permanent "AI Creative" label. This label is applied automatically and cannot be removed by creators or viewers. This policy exists to maintain trust on our platform and comply with emerging AI content disclosure regulations.

Content that has been AI-modified in any substantial way — including AI avatar insertion, AI-generated narration using Voice Clone, and AI-generated visual effects — will be labeled. Standard automated processing such as auto-bleep and auto-captions does not trigger the AI label.

OnlyClips uses face detection (identifying that a face is present) but not face recognition (identifying whose face it is). We detect faces to enable automatic blurring of bystanders. We do not build a database of identified individuals. We do not match faces across different users' content. We do not share face detection data with any third party.
